About Us
Who we are, how we pick what we sell, and where we ship.
We are a small team of pet people. ShopPetLane exists because we kept meeting the same problem: the accessories that genuinely make an animal’s day more comfortable are hard to find, and the ones that are easy to find are often made cheaply.
What we sell
Everything here is chosen one piece at a time — bedding, feeding, grooming, carrying, training, and the everyday consumables that wear out. We do not hold a warehouse full of stock: orders ship directly from supplier warehouses we have vetted, which is how we keep the range wide and the prices honest.
Where we ship
The United States. Shipping is free on every order, orders are handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and every parcel we send can be tracked from the moment it leaves.
Why trust a small shop
Because you can reach the people who run it. Every message is read by a human, replies go out within 24 hours on weekdays, and if something arrives wrong we would rather fix it than argue about it. Returns stay open for 30 days.
